BOX OFFICE TICKET REFUNDS

If you purchased tickets at the Covelli Centre or Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre Box Office for a cancelled or postponed event and need a refund, please mail in the following to the Covelli Centre Box Office:

• Tickets

• Copy of receipt (If you lost your receipt, please include your date of purchase)

• Contact info including

  • Name

  • Mailing Address

  • Phone number

• Credit card info for reimbursement including

  • Number

  • Expiration date

  • No security code is needed!

• If you paid cash for the tickets, we will mail you a reimbursement check

Please note, tickets can only be refunded at point of purchase. If you did not purchase tickets at the Covelli Centre or Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre Box Office, please seek a refund at your point of purchase.
